    • Do you offer 24 hour emergency service?
      Yes, we have one technician on call after business hours, and we are available 7 days a week. When you call after hours, you talk directly with our tech so he can help you determine the problem. Our after-hours, emergency calls are billed at an overtime rate.
    • How do I get my project on your schedule?
      When you call our office, you will speak to Patty who will help you schedule a time for us to provide service or meet with you to discuss your project.
    • What are your payment policies?
      We accept payment when services are rendered and will issues bills with 15-day balance due. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
    • Do you have any guarantee on products or service?
      We honor all manufacturer warranties and provide a 1-year installation warranty to all of our customers.
