Do you offer 24 hour emergency service?Yes, we have one technician on call after business hours, and we are available 7 days a week. When you call after hours, you talk directly with our tech so he can help you determine the problem. Our after-hours, emergency calls are billed at an overtime rate.

How do I get my project on your schedule?When you call our office, you will speak to Patty who will help you schedule a time for us to provide service or meet with you to discuss your project.

What are your payment policies?We accept payment when services are rendered and will issues bills with 15-day balance due. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.

Do you have any guarantee on products or service?We honor all manufacturer warranties and provide a 1-year installation warranty to all of our customers.
